Why the 7 PRC??
The 7 PRC is the new “shinny penny” caliber everyone wants. The 7mm class bullets have some advantages over a 6.5 and 30 cal. The popular 7mm bullets have an extremely high ballistic coefficient, they pack a good bit more energy at distance than the 6.5s, and typically have a good bit less recoil than the 30 calibers. The 7mm bullets is a great all purpose round. The 7 PRC is the true middle ground of between the 6.5 PRC and the 300 PRC.
- The 7 PRC has plenty of factory ammo available  for customer
- The 7 PRC is extremely accurate with moderate recoil compared to “the big magnums”
- The caliber is large enough to cleanly take large game beyond 500 yards.
- The high BC of the 7mm bullets helps keep wind holds at a minimum.
The 7 PRC is a great round for an all purpose rifle. Ammo is usually on most gun store shelves all over the country.
